GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will replace the Data Protection Act on 25 May, 2018.

How this regulation will work in practise is still relatively unknown, but there are things you can do NOW to prepare.

There is a great deal of worry about GDPR, with the much-publicised heavy fines for non compliance.

With such a big change in this area, we have pulled together resources from a variety of sources to support you in making changes and preparing now.

We will update this section of our website when we receive new information, guidance and resources.
