Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Collingham Medical Centre

• 5 partner rural ‘one stop’ medical centre
• A GMS, part-dispensing, research and multi-professional teaching practice including GPStR and medical students with regular educational meetings
• 7800 list size
• 15 min appointments and admin allowance
• Active partners in Newark PCN with full time clinical pharmacist, input from FCPs, Nursing Associates, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Social prescribers, a comprehensive PCN Care Homes team lead by an experienced ANP and a local Home Visiting Service provided by prescribing ANPs.
• Close relationships with the multi-disciplinary primary care team inc palliative care nurse
• High professional standards across the whole team
• Nurse led Chronic Disease Management
• Minor surgery, Warfarin monitoring, Coils/Implants, joint injections
• SystmOne paper light practice
• Excellent spacious purpose-built partner owned premises
• Salary dependent on experience with indemnity cover provided.
• Easily commutable from Nottingham, Newark and Lincoln

We can be flexible regarding start date and would be prepared to wait for the right candidate. Salary package will include medico-legal membership fees.
