About the practice:

Rainworth Surgery are expanding the Partnership and seeking a committed GP to join our friendly, supportive, and progressive team.

The surgery provides GMS services to patients in and around Rainworth. Our clinical team comprises of 2 Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 3 Practice Nurses and 2 HCAs working alongside an experienced reception and administrative team.

As a smaller team of 21 staff we are looking for a flexible, team player who can work in a friendly and positive environment.

• One site practice with 6500 patients housed in a Primary Care Centre

• Triage first model for all GP appointments / flexible rota / low home visits

• 7 weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays and 4 days of study leave (pro rata for part time) • Active member of Sherwood PCN

• PCN physiotherapist service

• PCN Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician support

• PCN Social prescribers, Mental health Social prescriber and Health & Wellbeing Coaches

About the role:

The practice are looking for the ideal candidate to work 4 to 6 sessions, with salary circa 16k per session
