The LMC provides a free support service to member practices to assist in the preparation and planning for an inspection from Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our service involves working closely with practices that have been notified of an inspection due, assist with an unannounced inspection or are undertaking preparatory governance work.
Through our practice liaison team, they can provide regular close support and advice through self-assessment against Key Line of Enquiry (KLOE) and using our preparatory tool, we can provide remote and onsite specialist visits. We would also inspect any additional areas that you consider necessary to ensure your practice team is best prepared for a CQC inspection.
The Liaison Team are available to provide support to your team on the day of an inspection.
